Our website allows you to use templates created by independent designers for Internet websites.

3. LIMITED USE

Each and every template can only be used once on a particular website, which belongs either to you or your client. If you wish to use the same template on a different website, you must buy the right to use this template again.

4. MODIFICATION

You can modify our products according to your needs.

5. INAPPROPRIATE USE

You cannot store any of our products, changed or unchanged, on a floppy disk, a compact disk, website, or resell them without the written approve from our Studio.

6. OWNERSHIP

All copyrights and other proprietary rights to our products, changed or unchanged, are owned by LandarSTUDIO. A purchase of a designer sample shall not be construed as transferring or granting any right of ownership to you. Our products are the property of independent designers. We supply our products as such, without any guarantees, both written and implicit. In no event shall any of our employees have any liability for any general, special, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or other damages incurred from the use of or inability to use our product.
